📝 Return & Refund Policy

At Eagle Optics Store, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Our return and refund policy ensures a smooth and fair experience should you need to return a product.

📦 1. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Customer Service
You must contact us within 7 business days from the date of delivery via email or phone. Please request a return number and clearly state the reason for the return.

Step 2: Send the Product
After receiving the return number, you have 7 days to ship the product back to our provided address, including the return number in the package.

✅ 2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories.
  • Contact lenses must be unopened and sealed in original packaging.

❌ 3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Products that are used or damaged by the customer.
  • Opened or installed consumables.
  • Customized lenses or prescription-based eyewear.

💰 4. Refunds & Timeframe

Refund Amount:

  • Only the product price will be refunded.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Processing or bank fees may be deducted for credit/debit card payments.

🕒 5. Refund Timeframe:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days and issued to the original payment method.
