Affiliate Marketing Terms & Policies - Eagle Optics Center

Welcome to the Eagle Optics Center family! We are thrilled to have you join our Affiliate Marketing Program. We aim to build a true, mutually beneficial partnership. To protect the rights of all parties and ensure the highest quality of service for our customers, please read the following terms and policies carefully before you begin promoting.

1. Program Enrollment & Approval

  • Registration for our Affiliate Marketing Program is completely free.
  • All affiliate applications are subject to manual review by our management to ensure the affiliate's seriousness and alignment with our standards.
  • Affiliates must provide accurate information during registration (Name, Email, and Promotional Methods).
  • Eagle Optics Center reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing reasons.

2. Commissions & Sales Tracking

  • Affiliates earn a 5% commission for every successful and completed sale made through their unique referral link or coupon code.
  • Commissions are calculated based on the product price only (glasses, contact lenses, etc.) and exclude shipping fees or taxes.
  • Our tracking system (Cookies) remains active for 30 days. If a customer clicks your link and purchases within this period, the commission is credited to you.
  • If a customer uses multiple affiliate links, the commission is awarded to the last affiliate whose link was clicked (Credit Last Referrer).

3. Payment Terms & Schedule

  • Commissions become confirmed and withdrawable only after the return and exchange grace period has passed (to ensure the customer has not returned the product).
  • If a customer cancels an order or returns a product, the commission for that specific order will be automatically deducted from the affiliate's account.
  • Affiliates can withdraw their earnings via available local payment methods (e.g., Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, or Bank Transfer) once their total earnings reach the minimum withdrawal threshold of 500 EGP.

4. Allowed & Prohibited Marketing Practices (Important)

To maintain Eagle Optics Center's reputation in the medical and optical field, affiliates must strictly adhere to the following:

  • Allowed: Promoting via personal social media accounts, groups, WhatsApp, blogs, and providing honest product reviews.
  • Strictly Prohibited: Making any false medical claims, inaccurate diagnoses, or unrealistic promises regarding our prescription glasses or contact lenses to drive sales.
  • Strictly Prohibited: Impersonating the Eagle Optics Center brand. You may not create social media pages using our exact name or logo to appear as the official store. You must clearly state that you are an approved affiliate recommending the products.
  • Prohibited: Bidding on our brand name "Eagle Optics Center" or "Eagle Optics" in paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads).
  • Prohibited: Sending unsolicited messages (Spam) or promoting products in inappropriate online spaces.

5. Coupons & Discounts

  • A unique discount coupon will be generated for each affiliate to facilitate promotion and offer their audience an additional discount.
  • It is prohibited to post these customized coupons on public "coupon aggregator" websites or spam them in the comment sections of our official social media pages. Coupons should be shared organically within the affiliate's own marketing channels.

6. Account Termination

Eagle Optics Center management reserves the right to permanently suspend or ban any affiliate account and confiscate unpaid earnings if there is proof of manipulation, fraudulent sales tactics, or a violation of any of the rules and prohibitions mentioned above.

7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify our affiliate marketing policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new updates.
