Affiliate Marketing Terms & Policies - Eagle Optics Store

Welcome to the Eagle Optics Store family! We aim to build a true, mutually beneficial partnership. To protect the rights of all parties and ensure the highest quality of service, please read the following terms and policies carefully before you begin promoting.

1. Program Enrollment & Approval

  • Registration for our Affiliate Marketing Program is free.
  • All applications are subject to manual review to ensure alignment with our medical and professional standards.
  • Affiliates must provide accurate information regarding their promotional methods.
  • Self-Referral: Affiliates are not allowed to use their own referral links or coupons to receive commissions on personal purchases.

2. Commissions & Sales Tracking

  • Affiliates earn a 5% commission for every successful sale via a unique referral link or coupon.
  • All commissions are calculated and paid in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) only.
  • Commissions are based on the product price only and exclude shipping fees or taxes.
  • Cookie Duration: Our tracking system remains active for 30 days (Last Referrer basis).
  • Low-Quality Traffic: We reserve the right to reject commissions generated from bots, incentivized traffic, or misleading redirects.

3. Payment Terms & Schedule

  • Commissions are confirmed only after the return and exchange grace period has passed.
  • Earnings can be withdrawn via local methods (Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, or Bank Transfer) once the total reaches 500 EGP.
  • Processing Time: Payments are processed within 7–14 business days after a withdrawal request is approved.

4. Prohibited Marketing Practices (Important)

  • Brand Bidding: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on branded keywords including but not limited to "Eagle Optics", "Eagle Optics Store", or any misspellings in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • False Claims: No false medical claims or inaccurate diagnoses regarding prescription glasses or contact lenses.
  • Impersonation: You may not create social media pages using our exact name or logo to appear as the official store.
  • Spam: Sending unsolicited messages or promoting in inappropriate online spaces is strictly forbidden.

5. Coupons & Discount Hijacking

  • A unique discount coupon will be generated for each affiliate for organic promotion.
  • Anti-Hijacking Policy: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from promoting Eagle Optics coupons on coupon/deal aggregation websites or platforms primarily focused on listing discount codes. Any violation will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
  • Coupons must be shared organically within the affiliate's own marketing channels.

6. Account Termination

Eagle Optics Store management reserves the right to permanently suspend any account and confiscate unpaid earnings if there is proof of manipulation, fraudulent tactics, or a violation of any rules mentioned above.
