1. Orders & Purchasing

The process is quick and easy:

  • Browse our selection of sunglasses, frames, and contact lenses.
  • Add your favorite items to the "Cart".
  • Proceed to checkout, enter shipping details, and complete payment securely.

Start by choosing your preferred frame, then enter your prescription details manually or upload a photo of your prescription during checkout. You can also add lens coatings like Blue Light protection.

Yes, we offer a wide range of trusted brands (daily, monthly, clear, and colored lenses). Please ensure you have a valid prescription.

2. Returns & Cancellation

Before Shipping: You can cancel immediately by contacting us or via the "My Orders" tab.

After Delivery: You can request a return within 14 days if the product is in its original condition.

You can return products within 14 days of delivery. (Contact lenses and custom prescription lenses are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect).

After we receive and inspect the product (2-3 days), the refund is processed within 2-4 business days. Bank transfers may take up to 14 days.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Kuwait, and the USA.

You will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order status via the "My Account" page.

4. Quality & Products

Yes, 100% authentic. We source directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers, using premium materials like Acetate and Titanium.
